<li>Eat plenty of veggies and fruits. Also, make sure you take enough A, E and B vitamins.</li>
<li>Keep yourself well hydrated by drinking plenty of water.</li>
<li>Give up licking your lips.</li>
<li>Once a week apply exfoliation scrub on your lips:</li>

1 tsp brown sugar<br />
1 tsp olive oil<br />
Mix and massage into lips for about 30 seconds, rinse and finish with lip balm.</p>

1 tsp carrot juice<br />
