Interesting article Natalia.Oolong tea even helps to shed stubborn pounds by boosting your metabolism and also blocks the fattening effects of carbohydrates.It is also helpful in promoting healthy teeth and preventing allergies in the body.

Yes, Oolong has all these health benefits and yet even more. With longevity comes the prevention of many of the common diseases like heart disease and cancer. Oolong will help you lose weight and look young. But be warned--you have to commit yourself completely to drinking a lot of the tea, all day every day. It's the only way. You either make the bond or you don't enjoy better health. Just having an affair won't last.

Hi Serge, thank you for sharing! Yes, high quality oolong tea is great for multiple brewing.
The 1st brew should be ~ 2 minutes;
2nd brew ~ 2 minutes;
3nd brew ~ 3 minutes;
4nd brew ~ 3 minutes;
5nd brew ~ 4 minutes;
6nd brew ~ 4 minutes.

I like your post, Natalia. I've been drinking oolong tea for a while at home. It is being served in many Chinese restaurants as the most popular one. It could be explained that high quality oolong tea can be brewed multiple times from the same leaves :)) Unlike other black or green teas it improves with reuse. It is common to brew the same leaves 3 to 5 times, and third and fourth are usually the best
