Hi Gracie,
Surely it’s OK. You can practice yoga with a laptop at home, or with an iPod on the beach. You can use a book, or print pictures with some postures. A little practice every day is very powerful, while a lot of practice occasionally is useless. Probably, you do not have time to go to yoga classes every day, but you definitely can practice yoga every morning for about 10 minutes. If you do, you will feel the difference soon. But please, avoid doing postures you do not feel confident doing (such as headstand). Leave them for classes with an instructor. Otherwise, it can lead to injuries.
Cheers and Namaste!

Miss Natalia,

hello there! I would like to know if it is okay to perform Yoga without an instructor? Thanks.
